Parade, Hit-A-Thon & Picture Day!
Get ready for one of the BEST days of the season, LYBS families! We can’t wait to see everyone out for a full day of baseball, fun, and community spirit!

🕛 Arrive at 8:45 AM
Playground behind the library (Kids Kingdom II) on Memorial Drive.
Players and coaches, please dress in full uniform
Parade Kickoff — 9:00 AM Sharp
Players will march with their teams to Marshall Park alongside our Police & Fire Departments.
Families & friends—line the route and cheer them on! At the parade's conclusion, there will be a short opening ceremony on the softball field prior to starting the festivities.
Hit-A-Thon
A huge thank you to all of our players, families, and supporters for the incredible effort raising funds for the league and for Haddie B. — your support truly makes a difference! 💚
Players will step up to the plate and hit a set number of balls as part of the competition.
🏆 Awards: Top hitters in each division will earn trophies for the longest hit.
⭐ T-Ball Division Exception: The top 3 longest hits will each receive trophies.

Picture Day
Team and individual photos will also take place throughout the day. Each team has an assigned time slot, see below for your time slot.
- Please stick closely to your scheduled time to keep things running smoothly.
- The photographer will follow the schedule strictly—no early or late lineups.

Food & Fun
Food will be available courtesy of the Lions Club.
Pops Sweet Harts Ice Cream Truck will be on-site from 12:00–2:00 PM
